BEN MALYNOSKI came from South Korea to the United States at 4 months old and has always had a passion for music and performance. From playing whatever he could get his hands on to dancing in the middle of Walt Disney World at 3 years old, BEN never stopped.

BEN started on the piano when he was 8 years old but didn't find it interesting enough. He has played trumpet since the age of 11 and saxophone since the age of 12 starting in middle school band. Since picking up wind instruments, BEN has taught himself how to play piano, bass, and various other instruments.

In the recent years, BEN has been branching out and exploring different genres ranging from classical to rock to jazz. His love for jazz music has led him to playing in various ensembles and jazz bands throughout middle and high school, mainly jazz fusion band, (the) BIAS Jazz Experiment.

Currently, BEN is a Jazz Studies and Performance major on Tenor Saxophone at the Jackie McLean Institute of Jazz within The Hartt School at the University of Hartford. He studies under seasoned artists such as Javon Jackson, Steve Davis, and René McLean.

BEN has also done work in photography and making YouTube videos. Starting his YouTube channel "Ben's Channel" in 2016, BEN accumulated a following doing vlogs and short films. From 2018 to 2020, BEN has taken a two year hiatus from YouTube but has returned to the platform, re-branded under his given name BEN MALYNOSKI.
